The accommodation is quite and cozy, very clean and breakfast is adequate.
The location is a bit far from nowhere. The access road is not asphalt road, still rocky and very dark at night.

This place was good value for money. The huge bed was very comfortable, and I liked the verandah that faced onto the garden and pool. A great feature is that you can make yourself tea or coffee all day.
The room I stayed in was pretty cramped - the bed took up most of the room. The only coffee on offer was Nescafe - what's wrong with the great Bali coffee!? And the free breakfast was pretty inadequate - just bread, mini-croissant and mini-snail. The location of the hotel is also a bit off the beaten track, which could be a plus or a minus, depending on what you're looking for.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, price. This is a lovely little place, has a small swimming pool with a separate section for little ones. Staff are friendly and happy to help with requests. There are complimentary tea and coffee facilities available. It's a bit off the beaten track but within walking distance of seminyak and there are shops close by. Not for those looking for luxury but overall better than alot of Bali hotels that charge twice the price. I would stay again.
The food was very basic! But staff are happy for you to use the kitchen facilities if you want to. It wasnt really an issue for us as we ate out.

The room really surprised me - much nicer than the pictures suggested, nice and roomy and well decorated. Even had a spacious bathroom with bath (a rarity in my experience in SE Asia!) Lovely grounds and pool too. Worth noting that they do offer a basic complimentary breakfast (continental) which isn't mentioned on the web page. Plus free tea and coffee all day.
Quite a long distance from the airport if you're just stopping over. TV reception was quite poor and no/few international channels.

Location is bad so expect to rent a scooter, car or taxi.

The staff were very helpful, the room was clean and had aircon, the shower was hot and it was a good deal for a first night arrival hotel after a late flight.
We needed to ask for help to ring to remind the hotel to pick us up from the airport. When reminded, they sent a shuttle car so we were able to get to the hotel from the airport so the advice is....make sure you confirm the shuttle car.

Excellent pool, lovely gardens, wonderfully tiled terrace, the family rooms upstairs are huge and comfortable with a wonderful outdoor area, too. Number 9 and 11 have beds for 4, even though the website says 3 only, so we arrived and payed a little extra for the 4th person.
Breakfast wasn't included.

The staff was really friendly but the room was really small and there was lots of fungi in the room. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I liked the quiet location and the homey environment - loved the cat curled up on my balcony and the dog, who chased cars. Naughty dog and cats.........
I felt that the breakfast - very inflexible with the brekky menu. I like to have fruit and yoghurt - not eggs every morning. Good quality but would prefer fruit not to be an added extra. Most breakfasts had both - fruit and continental. I purchased my own fruit, yoghurt and cereal. Great to be able to use the fridge.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, good breakfast
Location is down a dirt road off a main road, and some taxi drivers may not be able to find it. Make sure you take the hotel phone number with you so taxis can ring through for directions & probably a good idea to print out a few copies of a map of the location to show to taxi drivers

The location, easy to walk into Seminyak and to Oberoy. Very close to where some of my family live. I loved the outdoor area and the way it is planted out. The swimming pool was in all day sun plus shade to lie in if you did not want to be in full sun. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The bathroom could do with a bit of attention, but it is about to undergo a refurbishement.
